The order of argument for tomorrow's hearing will be Tracfone motions first, then City.
Tracfone motions will be heard in the following order: Motion to Compel; Motion to Exclude
Certain Exhibits; Motion to Exclude Ashpaugh Testimony; Motion for Tracfone Summary
Judgment.
I will try to issue a verbal ruling on the evidentiary motions before we get to the summary
judgment motions. Should the evidentiary motions materially affect the ability of the parties
to argue their sj motions, we can discuss continuing argument on the sj motions to another
date.
