HomeMy WebLinkAboutAdden 1THISAMENDMENT,datedFebruary01,2021,isbyandbetweentheCityofRenton(the“City”),aWashingtonmunicipalcorporation,andCenturyWestEngineeringCorporation(“Consultant”),anOregonCorporation.TheCityandtheConsultantare referredtocollectivelyinthisAmendmentasthe“Parties.”OncefullyexecutedbytheParties,thisAmendmentiseffectiveasofthelastdatesignedbybothparties.Whereas,theCityengagedtheservicesoftheConsultantunderAgreementCAG-21-017,datedJanuary20,2021,toprovidenecessaryservicesfortheOn-CallProfessionalServices(referredtohereinasthe“Agreement”);Whereas,thePartieswishtoamendtheAgreementtochangethecompensationinordertoincludethePCCPanelRepairintothiscontract.NOWTHEREFORE,ItismutuallyagreeduponthatCAG-21-017isamendedasfollows:1.Compensation:Section4,Compensation,isamendedsothatthemaximumamountofcompensationpayabletoConsultantisincreasedby$26,527.08from$30,000to$56,527.08,plusanyapplicablestateandlocalsalestaxes.TheadditionalcompensationshallbepaidbaseduponWorkactuallyperformedaccordingtotherate(s)oramountsspecifiedinExhibitBoftheAgreementandassetforthinOn-CallTaskAddendaasanticipatedintheAgreement.2.AlltermsoftheAgreementnotexplicitlymodifiedhereinshallremaininfullforceandeffectandsuchtermsshallapplytoWorkperformedaccordingtothisAmendmentasiffullysetforthherein.INWITNESSWHEREOF,thePartieshavevoluntarilyenteredintothisAmendmentas ofthedatelastsignedbythePartiesbelow.CITYOF RENTONCONSULTANTBy:By:iiít.__AMENDMENTNO.1TOAGREEMENTFORPROFESSIONALSERVICESrv1CAG-21-017, Adden #1-21
