Per your request below:
Requirements needed prior to new lease agreement:
- updated insurance policy
- updated annual
After items above are received these are Next Steps:
- Send termination email of your current Tie-down E-8
- New Tie-down agreement will be sent for Tie-down E-22 via DocuSign
- Once E-8 is terminated and new tie-down is signed and submitted to the city
- you can then proceed to move over to E-22 ( south facing spot next to JR)
I have submitted the annual and insurance copies previously and now I am requesting to terminate E-8 tie-down in
exchange for E-22 tie-down.
I understand as soon as I submit the new signed lease agreement via DocuSign to the city I can move the airplane to
the new location
