A. PROJECT BACKGROUND / DESCRIPTION
KPG, P.S. is currently performing Construction Management Services for the project. Change
Order #1 added 3 working days and Change Order #2 added 4 working days, for a total of 7
working days added to the Contractor’s contract. This Supplement will cover construction
management services to account for the addition of Working Days to the Contractor’s contract
and also to account for the prolonged suspension of work that has occured.
