BUILDING PERMIT REVISION FORM
SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS:
CorrecƟons/re‐submiƩals must address all comments. We cannot accept a parƟal response to comments.
With approval, you can submit applicable pages instead of complete set of plans. LeƩering should have a minimum
height of 1/8 inch.
The Building Department will charge 1/2 the plan check fee when you reach your fourth re‐submiƩal. We may also
charge an hourly rate for plan review on revisions to issued permits.
When you are ready to submit, contact your permit specialist to permiƩech@rentonwa.gov.

CORRECTIONS/RESUBMITTAL—A response to Plan Review Comments or a change to the scope of work while un‐
der review.
REVISION/ADDENDUM*– Change in scope of work on an already Issued Permit—If there is an increase in job valu‐
aƟon, addiƟonal fees may be assessed. No refunds will be issued on a revision if the value decreases.
