3. An Inspection Type – choose from types listed on
the back of this brochure
Before Calling You Will Need:
To Schedule an Inspection:
Call the Inspection Line
(425) 430-7202
1. If you know your IVR # (Press 1) and enter your IVR
number. Your IVR Number is located on the top of
your permit paperwork.
2. Verify that the system has the correct Permit
Number and site address (Press 1) for Yes or (Press
2) for No
3. Choose from the following:
• For permit status (Press 1)
• For permit inspection status (Press 2)
• To request a new inspection (Press 3)
• To cancel a pending inspection (Press 4)
• To change the date of an existing inspection
request (Press 5)
• To switch to a different permit (Press 6)
4. Choose the inspection TYPE. Choose from the codes
listed on this brochure that correspond with your
inspection type.
5. Verify that the permit type you choose is correct.
(Press 1) for Yes or (Press 2) for No.
6. Enter the inspection date. Select from the options
given. The cut-off time for a next-day inspection is
midnight.
7. Confirm that all the information you entered is
correct. (Press 1) for Yes or (Press 2) for No.
8. You can now hang-up or (Press 1) for another
inspection or (Press 2) to switch to different permit.
Inspections are conducted between 7:30 am -3:00pm,
Monday through Friday.
