CITY OF RENTON STREET LIGHT-LUMINAIRE CHECKLIST
Inspection 5: Following initial and final inspection, electrical contractor is required to submit application
to PSE to energize the street lighting. PSE application (201E) may be found at the following
website: https://pse.com/accountsandservices/Construction/CCS%20Forms/1378_201E.pdf
Inspection 6: Typical inspection items reviewed during Maintenance Inspection: conductor size,
insulation, type; electrical service panel (including address); grounding and connections;
wire/splices/fuses; fixture and associated parts; poles and plumb/nut covers; decorative pad
around vault; street lighting pole locations; pole numbers; and check for damage. Meg reading
may be required.
