INSTRUCTIONS
If you are hiring a sub-contractor to perform work at your residence, complete the information below and include it
with your application. If a sub-contractor does not have a City of Renton Business License, they will need to obtain
one. Business Licensing can be found here. Homeowners can be their own general contractor, however, they cannot
perform the electrical work themselves, unless they fill out the Home Owner Electrical Affidavit Form.
