Attached is a draft prehearing order that I believe incorporates the new deadlines agreed upon
by the parties at our last prehearing conference. The issue I'm most unsure about is the title of
the document. As best as I can tell from my records, I issued a revised prehearing order, then
the parties agreed upon a second revised order, making this the third revised order. Please let
me know of any concerns, requested revisions by 5 pm, 5/12/21. If you need more time, just
ask. Thank you.
