Renton, a Municipal Corporation, Grantee herein, its successors and assigns, an easement for public

TOGETHER WITH a Temporary Construction Easement over the westerly 30 feet of the south half
of said parcel for the purpose of constructing slopes and drainage facilities. The Grantee shall, upon
completion of any wark within the property, restare the surface, and any private improvements
disturbed ar destroyed during execution of the work, as nearly as practicable to the condition they
were in immediately before commencement of the work or entry by the Grantee. This Temporary
Construction Easement shall become effective upon execution by the Grantor from date hereof, and
shall continue for six months.
This easement shall run with the land described herein, and shall be binding upon the parties, their
heirs, successors in interest and assigns from date hereof.
