MONTH-TO-MONTH LICENSE AGREEMENT
City of Renton to Northwest Seaplanes, Inc.
THIS MONTH-TO-MONTH LICENSE AGREEMENT (hereinafter "License") is dated May 1, 2021,
and is made by and between THE CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal corporation
("Landlord"), and Northwest Seaplanes, Inc, a Washington corporation ("Tenant").
In consideration of the covenants and agreements set forth in this License, Landlord and Tenant
agree as follows:
1.GRANT OF LICENSE:
la. Documents of License: The following documents are incorporated by reference and
made part of this License:
•Exhibit A-Map (See Section lb for further description of Map)
•Renton Airport Regulations and Minimum Standards, as such document exists at
the time this License is executed and as may be amended by the Landlord in the
future.
lb. Legal Description: Landlord hereby licenses to Tenant, and Tenant licenses from
Landlord for the term described in Section 3 below, the portion of a parcel described as a plot of
ground, which is part concrete and part compacted gravel, on the northeast side of the Renton
Municipal Airport and containing two thousand nine hundred seventy (2,970) square feet, more
or less, being a portion of the real property described in Exhibit A (Map) attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference (hereinafter "Premises").
2.CONDITIONS:
2a. Specific Conditions: This License, and Tenant's rights and permitted uses
under this License, are subject to the following:
2a(l) The Airport Regulations and Minimum Standards pursuant to Section 8 of
this License; and
2a(2) All such non-discriminatory charges and fees for such use of the Airport
