Two items:
1. It would be helpful for the prehearing order to recite the City’s confirmation at the prehearing
conference that Michael Crisp and Tamara Crisp will be present at the hearing without need
for TracFone to subpoena their attendance.
2. Please add my legal assistant, Angela Crisp to the service list, her email address is

Attached is a draft prehearing order that I believe incorporates the new deadlines agreed upon by
the parties at our last prehearing conference. The issue I'm most unsure about is the title of the
document. As best as I can tell from my records, I issued a revised prehearing order, then the
parties agreed upon a second revised order, making this the third revised order. Please let me know
of any concerns, requested revisions by 5 pm, 5/12/21. If you need more time, just ask. Thank you.
