If you are interested in pursuing a lot line adjustment between all or some of the pre- existing lots on your property, you may amend the land use application currently on file with the City. In order to initiate the review of the lot line adjustment proposal, you will need to submit the following information: 1, Five (5) copies of a revised lot line adjustment map. The map will need to indicate the entire property involved as well as the "old lot lines" and proposed "new lot lines." 2. Five (5) copies of a revised project narrative. 3. Five (5) copies of a revised master application, including the appropriate legal description and assessor account numbers for all property involved. The lot line adjustment application referenced above will remain "on hold" until September 13, 1999. We will close the file as "inactive" if no application materials have been submitted by this date. The original plat formed lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 35 and 36 (see page 4). The 1946 deed attached as page 6 did form a lot described as the South 50 ft of lots 1 and 2, since it was a division made prior to the State subdivision act of 1969. The 1948 deed attached as page 7 did form another lot described as the South 50 ft of lots 3 and 4, by the same justification.
