RENTON CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due to the ongoing pandemic, a virtual/telephonic Public Hearing will be held
by the Renton City Council on July 19, 2021 at 7 p.m. by means of a Zoom video-conference web application.

to request an invite with a link to the meeting. The meeting can also be viewed on Renton’s Channel 21, or
streaming live at rentonwa.gov/streaming.
The Renton City Council will consider the following:
An Ordinance of the City of Renton, Washington, extending the Interim Zoning Controls established in
Ordinance 6012 for the Urban Center (UC) zone by amending subsections 4-2-080.A.6.iv, 4-2-120-.A, 4-
4-150.D, and 4-4-150.E of the Renton Municipal Code, providing for severability; declaring an
emergency, and establishing an immediate effective date.

to Judith Subia, Council Liaison, at jsubia@rentonwa.gov or calling 425-430-6575 by 10 a.m. on Monday, July
19, 2021 so that the meeting information can be provided to you prior to the start of the meeting.
Alternatively, written comments on this topic can be submitted to cityclerk@rentonwa.gov by 5:00 p.m. on
July 19, 2021.
