CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 2192 WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore made application for certain Federal and State Aid Grant Projects, and WHEREAS the implemention of said projects requires the execution of certain documents relating thereto including the allocation and expenditure of Federal Bridge Replacement Funds, NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: The above recitals are hereby found to be true and correct. SECTION II: The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Renton, Washington, are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver unto appropriate governmental agencies any and all documents relating to the allocation and expenditure of Federal Bridge Replacement Funding including the following project description, to-wit: SW Grady Way Bridge Replacement (a joint project with the City of Tukwila, Washington) which said project includes certain bridge construction and approach road widening improvements. s SECTION III: The City Clerk is hereby authorized to certify this ResoLtian in sufficient copies and furnish same to the appropriate governmental agencies. h PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 26 day of June, 1978.
