corporation, for valuable consideration,receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby assign and transfer to the City of Renton, a Washington municipal corporation,
Grantee, all of its rights and obligations with respect to the constructing, repairing,
altering, or reca;lstructing sewer mains and necessary appurtenances or connections
therewith under that certain Easement recorded under King County Auditor's File No.
7507170570, in King County, Washington, concerning the following described property:
The Northerly 30 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
the Southeast quarter, of Section 14, Township 23 North, Range 5 East,
W.M., less County Road.
PROVIDED,this Partial Assignment is conditioned upon the Grantee's covenant
not to interfere in any manner with, and to accommodate in all ways possible, the
Grantor's existing and future improvements, water mains and appurtenances, and further
RESERVING unto itself all rights and obligations with respect to a right-of=way
or easement for water mains, appurtenances, or connections thereto, both present and
future,which have been constructed or may be constructed, over, through, across and
upon the real property legally described hereinabove.
