The proposal is to utilize a portion of the site, addressed as 300 SW 7th Street, for a temporary construction job shack to support construction activities at the Renton School District's Kohlwes Education Center Tenant Improvement project. The application states that the use will be in operation from March, 1998 to August 26, 1998. The proposal is approved subject to the condition that the Temporary Use Permit shall expire on August 27, 1998, unless the applicant applies for an extension of time at least 30 prior to the expiration of this permit. If you have any questions regarding this approval or application, please call Lesley Nishihira at (425) 277-6170. APPEAL: Within 10 days of approval, denial, or revocation of a Temporary Use Permit, the applicant or any aggrieved party may file an appeal to the Hearing Examiner. The 10 day appeal period for this application will end at 5:00 p.m. on June 8, 1998. An appeal to the Hearing Examiner is governed by Title IV, Section 4-8-11.B, which requires that such appeals be filed directly with he Hearing Examiner.
