RE: Appeal of Varma Short Plat -LUA PR21-000139, SHPL-A, MOD
Dear Sir:
I received a copy of the preliminary plat for the above referenced short plat proposal. As there are
deficiencies, I would like to appeal the decision. I have a number of documents, stories, and pictures
to share with the Hearing examiner.
As part of the report, it states that the developer must revise the location of the homes. This is to be
submitted to the city before Mr. Varma gets his permits. I would very much like to have a copy to
review before the hearing. In addition, I was given a letter submitted to the city about stormwater
and can't read it -I've asked for a copy of that document and the arborist's report.
