ORDER DISMISSING NOTICE OF
VIOLATION
WHEREAS, the City of Renton issued a Finding of Violation (NOV) on March
3, 2021 for alleged graffiti violations occurring at 225 Sunset Blvd N; and
WHEREAS, the City has offered to dismiss the NOV if the property owner,
Cash America Pawn, recognizes that it has the responsibility to remove graffiti from its
property; and
WHEREAS, Lance Wood, Cash America Pawn manager, stated in a March 23,
2021 email that the owner recognizes this responsibility, NOW, THEREFORE,
Order
The Notice of Violation issued on March 3, 2021, Code No. 21-000604, is
dismissed. No fines or penalties for the violation identified in the NOV are to be
assessed or due and owing.
