ORDER DISMISSING FINDING OF
VIOLATION
Whereas, by email dated July 1, 2021 the City has requested dismissal of the
Finding of Violation of the above-captioned matter, and
Whereas, the City requested dismissal because it was unable to meet one of the
pre-hearing deadlines, and
Whereas, since this matter is dismissed on a procedural technicality and there is
strong public interest in Ms. Kousoum complying with the City’s construction codes,
the Finding of Violation is only dismissed without prejudice (meaning the City can
refile another Finding of Violation),
NOW, THEREFORE,

Order
The Finding of Violation for the above-captioned matter is dismissed without
prejudice. The City may re-file another Finding of Violation if Ms. Kousoum continues
to fail to correct a valid building code violation or any associated matter done in
nonconformance to city regulations.
