HomeMy WebLinkAboutWindsor Code Compliance Order of Dismissal Order of Dismissal PAGE 1 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 THE HEARING EXAMINER OF THE CITY OF RENTON IN RE: Windsor Park Estates Finding of Violation Appeal Code No. 21-000048 ORDER DISMISSING NOTICE OF VIOLATION WHEREAS, the City of Renton issued a Finding of Violation (NOV) on February 18, 2021 for alleged graffiti violations occurring at 251 Sunset Blvd N; and WHEREAS, the City has offered to dismiss the NOV if the property owner, Windsor Park Estates, recognizes that it has the responsibility to remove graffiti from its property; and WHEREAS, April Nausen, of Leibsohn Wallin Management, who manages the property owned by Windsor Park Estates, stated in a March 22, 2021 email that the owner recognizes this responsibility, NOW, THEREFORE, Order The Notice of Violation issued on February 18, 2021, Code No. 21-000048, is dismissed. No fines or penalties for the violation identified in the NOV are to be assessed or due and owing.
