Section 36, Towuship 23 North,Rauge 4 East, W.M. in the City of Renton,ICing County,
Washington, lying north of SW 43rd Street(formerly Imown as South 180tU Street)and south of the
nortl� line of said section,tlie east line of said 80 foot strip being described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the Henry Adams Donation Land Claim;
Thence east aloilg the center line of SW 43rd St�eet(formerly lcnown as South 180th Street aiid
as Couuty Road), a distance of 114 feet;
Thence north, a distance of 30 feet,to the north line of aforesaid street and True Point of
Beginniug;
Thence north, a distance of 644.78 feet;
