Block 28,Earlington Acres Tracts,according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 15 of Plats,Page 84,records of King
County Washington;Ex�ept County Roads.;Situate in the County of King,State of Washington.
WHEREAS the City of Renton has constructed utility facilities that provide benefit to the property owner's property; and
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 0038 was established by Ordinance No(5454)recorded under King County
Recording Number No(20090515000928);and
WNEREAS the Owner has agreed to pay,in annual payments,the amount of the Special Assessments for utility�onnection
in the original amount of 5 10,377.19; and
WHEREAS the agreement provides for a lien against the property,a penalty and interest for late payments,and attorney
fees and costs for collection; and
WHEREAS the agreement provides that upon sale or re-finance of the property the then remaining balance is due and
payable;
NOW THEREFORE the Owner and the City of Renton hereby provide notice of their mutual agreement. For current
