iherefor. Followmg the initial construction of its facilities,Grantee may from time to tmse consuuct such
additional facilities as it may require. This easemrnt is�anted subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Gtantec shall,upon compieaon of any work within the propetty covered bythe easement,restore the suface oi
the easemenx and any private improvemenu disruxbed or destoyed during eacecution of the work,as neazly as
grecacable tn the condition they were in immediately beforo commencement of tfie work or enuy by tIie Gamtee.
2. Grautor shall retain the rieht to use the surface of the easement as long as such use does not interfae with the easement
rights granted to the Grantee.
Grantor sball not,however,have the right to:
