The Grantor,for and in consideration of mutual benefits,does by these presents, grant,unto the City of
Renton,a Municipal Corporation,Grantee herein, its successors and assigns,permission to use far public
purposes with necessary appurtenances over,under,through, across and upon the following described real
estate, for Right-of-Way purposes, situated in the County of King, State of Washington:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A temporary construction easement over the following described parcel:
That portion of the west 250 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 32, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in the City of Renton, King County,
Washington except the south 30 feet thereof lying south of the southerly right of way
margin of S Carr Rd(S 179`h St);
Said temporary constuction easement being described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of southerly right-of-way margin of said S Carr Rd
and a line 20 feet east of and parallel with the west line of the above described parcel;
Thence east along said right-of-way margin a distance of 20 feet;
Thence south along a said parallel line a distance of 15 feet;
Thence southwesterly to a point on said west line said point being 35.82 feet southerly of
said margin;
Thence north along said west line a distance of 35.52 iee�to said iliargin;
Thence easterly along said margin to the point of beginning.
For the purpose of constructing the planned project improvements associated with the Carr Rd/Panther Creek
Culvert Replacement Project.
The Grantee will provide continuous access to the remaining portion of the site throughout construction. The
Grantee shall,upon completion of any work within the property covered by the agreement,restore the surface
of the construction site, and any private improvements disturbed or destroyed during execution of the work, as
nearly as practicable to the condition they were in immediately before commencement of the work or entry by
the Grantee except where modified by the project plans and specifications.
This permit shall become effective upon execution by the Grantor from date hereof and shall continue for two
(2)years.
