The Grantor,for and in consideration of mutual benefits,does by these presents,grant,unto the Citv of
Renton,a Munici an 1 Corporation,Grantee herein, its successors and assigns,permission to use for public
purposes with necessary appurtenances over,under,through, across and upon the following described real
estate,for Right-of-Way purposes,situated in the County of King, State of Washington:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A temporary construction easement over the that portion of Lot 42, Scott's Terrace, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 72 of Plats,pages 39&40,records of King County,
Washington more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said lot;
Thence westerly along the southern boundary of said lot and the northerly right of way
margin of S Carr Rd a distance of 62.13 feet;
Thence northerly along a line perpendicular to said southern boundary to the northeastern
boundary of said lot;
Thence southeasterly along said northeastern boundary to the point of beginning.
Situate in the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in
the City of Renton,King County, Washington.

The Grantee will provide continuous access to the remaining portion of the site throughout construction. The
Grantee shall,upon completion of any work within the property covered by the agreement,restore the surface
of the construction site,and any private improvements disturbed or destroyed during execution of the work,as
nearly as practicaUle to the condition they were in immediately before commencement of the work or entry by
the Grantee except where modified by the project plans and specifications.
This permit shall become effective upon execution by the Grantor from date hereof and shall continue for two
(2)years.
