The Grantor,for and in consideration of mutual benefits,does by these presents, grant, unto the Ci
of Renton, a Municipal Corporation,Grantee herein, its successors and assigns, permission to use for
public purposes with necessary appurtenances over,under,through,across and upon the following
described real estate, for Right-of-Way purposes, situated in the County of King, State of
Washington:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A temporary construction easement over a portion the Northeast Quarter of Section 31,
Township 23 North,Range 5 East, W.M., in the City of Renton,King County,
Washington.
(Please see Exhibit"A"for complete legal description.)
For the purpose of constructing the planned project improvements associated with the Carr
Rd/Panther Creek Culvert Replacement Project.
The Grantee will provide continuous access to the remaining portion of the site throughout
construction. The Grantee shall, upon completion of any work within the property covered by the
agreement, restore tne suriace of the construction site,and any private improvemenis disturbed or
destroyed during execution of the work, as nearly as practicable to the condition they were in
immediately before commencement of the work or entry by the Grantee except where modified by
the project plans and specifications.
This permit shall become effective upon execution by the Grantor from date hereof and shall
continue for two(2)years.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A temporary construction easement over the following described parcel:
That portion of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in the City of Renton, King County,
Washington, lying south of a line parallel with the North line of said subdivision
said line beginning at a point 329.75 feet south of the Northeast corner thereof as
measured along the east line thereof, easterly of Scott's Terrace, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Volume 72 of Plats, pages 39 &40, records of said county
and northerly of the northerly right of way margin of S 179th St (Carr Road).
Said temporary construction easement lying south and east of the line more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the east line of the of said Section 31 and the
centerline of said S 179th St;
Thence north along said east line a distance of 170 feet to the Point of Beginning;
Thence west along a line perpendicular to said east line a distance of 68.69 feet;
Thence southwesterly along a line to a point on the southwest boundary of said
parcel, said line being at a perpendicular to said boundary and said point being
the terminus of the herein described line.
