KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the Grantee,the CITY OF RENTON,a municipal corporation,was
the holder of an Easement for Emergency Vehicle Access acquired from the Grantor, KBS DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, a Washington Corporation,on May 4,2007,and recorded under Auditor's File No.
20070523002222, records of King County,State of Washington.
WHEREAS, a temporary, non-exclusive easement over,across and upon the easement area was granted
solely for the purpose of construction, maintenance and use of an access area for emergency vehicles; and
WHEREAS,said easement was to terminate upon the legal connection of Kitsap PL NE with a public through-
street to the north of the encumbered property AND written approval by the Renton Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, in July 2009,the City received a request from the owner of the property encumbered by said
easement, to confirm by written approval that the Renton Fire& Emergency Services Department
acknowledges the termination of said easement;and
WHEREAS,the Renton Fire Department believes that the easement termination conditions have been met
with the construction of the required public right of way connections,and written acknowledgement by the
Renton Fire Department(See Exhibit D);
NOW THEREFORE,THE CITY OF RENTON does hereby acknowledge the termination of all rights acquired
under the above said Easement for Emergency Vehicle Access.
