Note the City of Renton land use action number (LUA-99-139-LLA) and the city's land record number (LND-30-0195) on the drawing sheet, preferably in the upper right-hand corner. The type size used for the land record number should be smaller than that used for the land use action number. 2. Show two ties to the City of Renton Survey Control Network. 3. The geometry will be checked when the ties have been made. 4. Indicate what has been, or is to be, set at the new corners of the proposed lots. 5. The proposed lot change reduces the area of the lot for the existing house that is accessed from Hoquaim Avenue from 12,148 square feet to 8,944 square feet. The reduced lot still exceeds the R-8 minimum lot size of 4,500 square feet, and provides the required side setbacks of 5 feet and a rear setback of 20 feet. The purpose of the change is to enlarge the remaining lot as much as possible to allow a future preliminary plat application to be submitted to the City. This preliminary plat is expected to contain 14 single family lots, a public street cul-de-sac, and storm drainage facilities.
