May 24th, 2021 Monday, 11:00AM till 1:00PM
• Location:
o City Hall (1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057)
o All Outside Windows and Granite.
o Renton Community Center (1715 Maple Valley Highway, Renton, WA 98057)
o All Outside Windows and Skylights.
o City Center Parking Garage (655 S. 2nd ST. Renton WA 98057)
o All Outside Windows and Glass Overhangs.
• Work Scheduled:
o Weekday Work (Monday thru Friday)
o Work Hours (To Be Determined)
o Start Date (To be Determined)
• Walk Thru of Work Areas
o Questions can be asked during Walk through but once it has been completed; facilities cannot
answer questions after the walkthrough.
• Expectations:
o This is a Prevailing Wage Project.
o Arrive on Time when scheduled.
o Provide all Permits associated with the Project, if required
o Clean exterior windows from the top of the 7th floor of City Hall to the base of the 1st floor while
maintaining accessibility to the public to access City Hall.
o Clean all granite from top to bottom on all sides of City Hall.
o Clean windows and skylights at the Renton Community Center.
o Clean all outside and inside windows in the staircases from the top of the 7th floor of the
Parking Garage to the base of the Garage, the sides of the building, the elevator lobby, the
outside elevator shafts, and the glass overhangs over the sidewalks.
o Remove all hard water stains and mineral build up on all ext erior windows, granite, skylights,
and overhangs to which they pertain.
o Clean all garbage and debris daily.
o Contractor to observe proper OSHA safety protocol throughout project.
o The contractor to provide all necessary scaffold and suspension equipment to complete the
project.
o Walkthrough once all work has been completed at each location to ensure all work has been
accomplished.

• Bid Due Date:
o Deadline for Bids is June 7th, 2021 at 5:00PM.
o We will not accept Bids after the deadline.
o Bids must be Submitted Via Email and sent to jleathley@rentonwa.gov
o The Lowest Responsible Bidder will be notified via Phone Call or Email that they have won the
Small Works Project.
o If you are not contacted within 1 week after the Deadline listed below; you have not been
selected for the Small Works Project
o If you want to find out about the winning bid or other bids, please submit a Public Records
Request at City Clerk’s Office.
