I HAVE ATTACHED THE COMPLETED APPEAL SIGNATURE PAGE TO MEET YOUR
PERPETUAL TIMELINE.
I AM CITING HERE NEEDS I HAVE AS A DISABLED CITIZEN FOR THE CITY TO MEET
TO BEST FACILITATE MY EFFECTIVE HEARING ATTENDANCE.CASE IN POINT,I WILL
REQUIRE A CHAIR AT A TABLE OR A CHAIR WITH ARMS,PLEASE.
KNOW RIGHT NOW THAT I WILL NOT ATTEND THE HEARING IF CRAIG BURNELL IS
THE ADMINISTRATOR CONDUCTING IT.THE MAN WAS DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE,
CONDESCENDING AND MADE HIS SADISTIC MINDSET CLEAR DURING MY VERY
BRIEF PHONE CALL OF 12-9-16 WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO BOTH GAIN AN UNDERSTANDING
OF THE CODE VIOLATIONS DEPARTMENT PROTOCOLS AND IT'S RATIONALE.
FRANKLY,I DARE THE MAN TO SPEAK TO ME IN PERSON, IN FRONT OF WITNESSES,
THE WAY HE DID VIA TELEPHONE,OR TO HIS WIFE,OR TO HIS MOTHER FOR THAT MATTER!
BURNELL JUST FLAT TOLD ME TO REPORT THE NEIGHBOR WHO REPORTED ME TO GET
EVEN AND LAUGHED OUTLOUD BOTH TO MY DISGUST AND DISMAY AT THE CITY'S
WITCH HUNT/INQUISITION MODUS OPERANDI.THE LAST THING THE MAN SAID TO ME
DURING THAT CALL WAS"NAW!"WHEN I REQUESTED AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE HIM IN
PERSON...
ALSO,PLEASE KNOW THAT I AM FULLY AWARE THAT ANY SINGI..E ADMINISTRATIVE PERSON'S
JUDGMENT IS NEITHER DEMOCRATIC NOR EQUITABLE AS BY ITS VERY NATURE IT IS BIASED!
AND,AS SUCH,IT IS NOT RECOGNIZED BY EITHER ME OR MINE AS ANY FORM OF DUE PROCESS
OF LAW.
THEREFORE,MR ROB,PLEASE SET UP MY HEARING WITH THE 3 COUNCIL MEMBER CITY
PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE WHICH MEETS AT 4PM THURSDAYS;AND EITHER I OR
MY REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE TO PRESENT MY CASE.ONLY IF MY BODY WILL NOT
ALLOW MY ATTENDANCE ON A DESIGNATED THURSDAY WILL MY REPRESENTATIVE SPEAK FOR ME.
