A MONUMENT WAS FOUND IN HOUSER WAY NORTH WHICH APPEARS TO BE APPROXIMATELY 30.3' SOUTH OF THE CALCULATED RIGHT-OF-WAY MARGIN, HOWEVER NO INFORMATION COULD BE FOUND REGARDING WHAT THE MONUMENT MARKED, SO IT IS SHOWN AS SECONDARY EVIDENCE SUPPORTING THE LOCATION OF HOUSER WAY NORTH. THE SECTION SUBDIVISION WAS HELD FROM REFERENCE 2 AND ROTATED TO STATE PLANE COORDINATES USING CITY OF RENTON CONTROL POINTS.
