This Addendum dated November 23, 2021 shall amend the Bid set dated October 20, 2021 and shall
be acknowledged by the Bidders on the Bid Form.

On approval of the City of Renton, Coughlin Porter Lundeen is providing the requested Digital Drawing files
through Builder’s Exchange and on City of Renton’s website. By downloading these files, the bidder agrees
to the following:
1. The use of the provided digital media is for the convenience of the user only, and will be at the
user’s sole risk and without any liability or legal exposure to Coughlin Porter Lundeen, Inc, City
of Renton, or Baylis Architects.
2. The use of the provided media shall not be construed as removing the necessity of obtaining
appropriate field measurements nor of limiting requirements for conformity with other
documentation or any other requirements of the contract documents or specifications.
Information contained on the digital file is in no way guaranteed to match the latest issued
contract document information.
