PURPOSE: To amend the above-referenced agreement (AGREEMENT) between the state of Washington Department of
Ecology (ECOLOGY) and City of Renton (RECIPIENT) for the SE 172nd Street and 125th Avenue SE Green Stormwater
Infrastructure Design (PROJECT).
The RECIPIENT experienced delays in the PROJECT due to COVID-19, revisions with the Design Report, and internal
setbacks. This amendment will extend the agreement expiration date from September 30, 2021 to December 31, 2021 to
allow the RECIPIENT adequate time to complete the final grant deliverables.
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED that the AGREEMENT is amended as follows:
