PUBLIC WORKS AGREEMENT FOR TREE SERVICES
THIS RENEWAL , dated January ____, 2022 , is by and between the City of Renton (the “City”), a
Washington municipal corporation, and Trelstad Enterprises (“Contractor”),. The City and the
Contractor are referred to collectively in this Renewal NO 2 for 2022 as the “Parties.” Once fully
executed by the Parties, this Amendment is effective as of the last date signed by both parties.
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Contractor under Agreement CAG-19-271, dated
September 17, 2019 and extended by Change Order No. 1 December 31, 2020, to provide
necessary services for the Tree Services (referred to herein as the “Agreement”);
Whereas, the Parties wish to Renew the Agreement under Paragraph 3 C.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-19-271 is renewed / amended as follows:
1.Section 1 Scope of Work: Section 1, Scope of Work, Exhibit A – is unchanged. Exhibit C -
R2-2022 ON-CALL WORK ORDER ADDENDUM is revised as attached for the year 2022.
2.Section 3 Time of Performance/Term of Agreement/ Renewal : Section 3, B is amended
to Add:
B.For the 2022 Renewal No. 2 all Work shall be performed not later than December 31, 2022.
3.Section 4 Compensation: Section 4, Compensation, is unchanged. SCHEDULE OF COSTS
AND HOURLY RATES Exhibit B R2-2022 is revised as attached for the year 2022.
4.All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.
