Understood, Alyssa please use Manny’s email below for documentation to close this lease and also
to Invoice Adjust off February’s invoice.
Manny, please make sure you have notified City Clerk that the lease has been terminated as of
1/31/2021.

Spencer Campbell gave verbal notice on January 1st, I requested notification in writing to ensure we
had a time stamp. The tenants is currently going through a hardship (heart attack, and dementia) in
the family and was not able to get me the documentation in writing when the asked on the first.
Once Ace took over as a point of contact they were able to get me the notification needed to submit
to financing for a notice. Yesterday was our walkthrough to ensure the hangar was cleaned and back
to the original condition prior to the lease agreement.
If you need more information please let me know.

Hi Jennifer,
We were notified on the first of January of the termination. Yesterday was the final walk through to
ensure the hangar and property was returned back to the city as per the lease agreement.

Most all of your Lease agreements require 30 days written notice, please reference the lease
agreement to verify. I do feel this email could be considered the written notice but may want to
verify with Legal. Based on the date of this email and if the 30 day requirement is subject they would

Hi Jennifer,
LAG 05-012 will be terminating. Below is an email of the employer of the current tenant of (LAG 05-
012) requesting the termination of the lease. Ace will be conducting the walk through of the hangar
and further communication for Spencer Campbell. If you need further confirmation, I will can
request a letter from the owner in a few days. This email is to record to actual termination date/
time and vacancies of hangar #16 under LAG 05-012.
Can you confirm payment in full has been received for January and that no payments are owed on
Feb 1st?
