STIPULATION
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED between the parties to the above-entitled action that the
Appellant and Property Owners have withdrawn their application for variance LUA21-00237
and that the City of Renton has therefore withdrawn its Conditional Approval. Based upon this
stipulation, the parties agree that this matter be dismissed.
