This Add-On Addendum (“Addendum”) amends and supplements the terms of the Lexis®Subscription Agreement entered
into between LN and Subscriber (the "Agreement").
1. Term: This Addendum will begin on 03/01/2022 and be coterminous with the Agreement.
2. Services or Number of Users to Be Added: The purpose of this Addendum is to add Lexis® content or Authorized
Users (or both) as indicated below.

Adding Authorized Users:
Subscriber certifies that the number of government professionals in Subscriber’s organization that Subscriber is adding to
the Agreement is as set forth below. A “Government Professional User” is defined as an attorney, judge, librarian,
researcher, investigator or analyst who is employed by the Subscriber.

A “Support Staff User” is defined as a person who supports the Government Professional User, including, but not limited
to: paralegals, interns, legal secretaries or other administrative support members. Up to 3 ID’s will be issued to support
staff for each Government Professional User accounted for above. Support Staff Users will receive access at no additional
charge.
3. Miscellaneous:
3.1 All capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
3.2 Acceptance by LN may be evidenced by signature, issuance of LN IDs or granting access to the additional content
or users.
3.3 Except as expressly modified by this Addendum, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement will remain in full
force and effect and unaffected by this Amendment. In the event of a conflict or inconsistencies between the Agreement
and this Addendum, this Addendum will control.
