The structure would be 12 square feet in size with a metal hood and vent system. The structure is proposed to be located a distance 112 feet from the ordinary high water of the Cedar River. Included with the proposal is the placement of a 250-gallon, above ground propane tank immediately adjacent to the proposed structure.
