HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 4309 CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 4309 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING THE AMENDED 2017/2018 CITY OF RENTON FEE SCHEDULE. WHEREAS, on November 23, 2009, the Council adopted Ordinance No. 5509, which removed many fees from the Renton Municipal Code and consolidated them into the 2010 City of Renton Fee Schedule brochure ("fee brochure"); and WHEREAS, the fee brochure has been amended several times since 2009; and WHEREAS, on November 21, 2016,the City Council passed Resolution No. 4300, adopting an amended fee schedule for 2017 and 2018; and WHEREAS, it is necessary amend the 2017-2018 City of Renton Fee Schedule brochure as a part of the City's 2017/2018 biennial budget; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The above recitals are found to be true and correct in all respects. SECTION II. The amended 2017-2018 City of Renton Fee Schedule brochure, attached hereto, is hereby adopted by reference.
