Parcel B of Lot Line Adjustment No. 00-170 recorded under Recording No. 20010328900004,
records of King County, Washington; Situate in County of King, State of Washington.
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 0016 was established by Ordinance No 4824 and recorded under
King County Recording Number 20000104000291;and
WHEREAS the Owner agreed to pay, in annual payments,the amount of the Special Assessments for
utility connection in the original amount of$5,933.13;and
WHEREAS the Owner and the City of Renton executed a Memorandum of Agreement and provided notice
of this agreement under King County Recording Numbers 20100611001181 and 20100728000453;and
WHEREAS the agreement provided for a lien against the property,a penalty and interest for late
payments,and attorney fees and costs for coilection;and
WHEREAS the agreement provided that upon sale or re-finance of the property the then remaining
balance is due and payable;and
WHEREAS,on May 12,2015,the final installment was paid pursuant to this agreement;and
WHEREAS,it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the agreement;and
WHEREAS,the Owner has fully satisfied the obligations created by the aforementioned agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE,the Memorandum of Agreement bearing Auditor's File Numbers 20100611001181
and 20100728000453, has been fully satisfied and the above described land should be and is hereby fully
re�eased from any claim under said agreement;
BUT this release shall not impair the liens of the said assessment rolls recorded under King County
Auditor's File Number 20000104000291, as to the above described land therein described.
