At the request of Jason Seth with the City of Renton, Avidex will forgo installing an OFE display in the conference room and will
now procure and install a display that is properly sized for the column location.
Because Avidex and the city had intended to utilize the display from the control booth, a mount has already been specified. The
engineer has confirmed the previously specified display mount will work with the newly proposed display.
The city has asked Avidex to provide a display that is less than or equal to 50” due to the width of the column. The dimensions of
the proposed display and its model number is listed below:
Planar SLM55 x 1 48.9” x 28.” X 2.5”
The city had a second request to raise the two displays that are currently mounted in the conference room. Avidex has included
labor in this change order to conduct this work during the council chambers and conference room installation. Avidex will work
with Jason Seth and the team to identify the correct height in the field. Any patching and/or painting that may need to occur will
be the responsibility of the City of Renton.
