records of King County; Except the West 30 feet as conveyed to King County under Recording Number
6010968,Situate the County of King,State of Washington.
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 0040 was established by Ordinance No 5495 and recorded under
King County Recording Number 20091104000483;and
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 0002 was established by Ordinance No 4612 and recorded under
King County Recording Number 9606210966;and
WHEREAS the Owner agreed to pay, in annual payments,the amount of the Special Assessments for
utility connection in the original amount of$12,415.53;and
WHEREAS the Owner and the City of Renton executed a Memorandum of Agreement and provided notice
of this agreement under King County Recording Number 20110914001082; and
WHEREAS the agreement provided for a lien against the property, a penalty and interest for late
payments, and attorney fees and costs for collection;and
WHEREAS the agreement provided that upon sale or re-finance of the property the then remaining
balance is due and payable;and
WHEREAS, on August 26,2016,the final installment was paid pursuant to this agreement;and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the agreement;and
WHEREAS,the Owner has fully satisfied the obligations created by the aforementioned agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE,the Memorandum of Agreement bearing Auditor's File Number 20110914001082, has
been fully satisfied and the above described land should be and is hereby fully released from any claim
under said agreement;
BUT this release shall not impair the liens of the said assessment rolls recorded under King County
Auditor's File Numbers 20091104000483 and 9606210966, as to the above described land therein
described.
