No.4,according to the plat thereof, recorded in volume 11 of plats, page 82, in King County,Washington.
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 0021 was established by Ordinance No 4921 and recorded
under King County Recording Number 20020104002322;and
WHEREAS the Owner agreed to pay, in annual payments,the amount of the Special Assessments for
utility connection in the original amount of$6,476.48;and
WHEREAS the Owner and the City of Renton executed a Memorandum of Agreement and provided
notice of this agreement under King County Recording Number 20140711000233; and
WHEREAS the agreement provided for a lien against the property,a penalty and interest for late
payments,and attorney fees and costs for collection;and
WHEREAS the agreement provided that upon sale or re-finance of the property the then remaining
balance is due and payable;and
WHEREAS,on June 4, 2015,the final installment was paid pursuant to this agreement;and
WHEREAS,it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the agreement;and
WHEREAS,the Owner has fully satisfied the obligations created by the aforementioned agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE,the Memorandum of Agreement bearing Auditor's File Number 20140711000233,
has been fully satisfied and the above described land should be and is hereby fully released from any
claim under said agreement.
