LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Beginning at the NW corner of Section 22-23-05, thence south 1490.96 ft, thence east 88.67 ft,
thence S61-09-00@ 280 ft, thence N28-51-OOE 108 ft, to TPOB. Thence continuing N28-51-OOE to the southerly margin of
Highway, thence S61-09-OOE along the highway 88 ft, thence S 28-51-OOW to a point S61-09-OOE of TPOB, thence N61-
09-000 of TPOB. All situate in the NW Quarter of Sec 22, Twnshp 23N, Range 5E, King County, Washington.
The Grantor, as named above, for or and in consideration of the City of Renton Wastewater Utility granting permission to
temporarily use an approved septic system within the City's Urban Growth Boundary;
"The owner(s) of the above -described property, their successors, heirs and assigns, hereby agree and covenant to complete
connection to public sanitary sewer within 12 (twelve) months of notice of availability and further:
1. To participate in, sign a petition in support of, and accept any Local Improvement District (LID),
2. To participate in or sign a petition in support of any other City -initiated proposal, other than an LID, and pay their fair
share thereof,
3. Otherwise financially or physically participate in any proposal, City -initiated or otherwise,
for the purpose of extension of a sanitary sewer main that provides direct sanitary sewer service to the subject property
when required by the Renton Subdivision Ordinance or as directed by the Administrator of Public Works. Despite any
language in City Code to the contrary, the undersigned will connect to a sanitary sewer, even if such sewer is installed
by a developer for the purpose of meeting platting requirements and the undersigned is not an owner within the confines
of said plat."
