Plats,records of King County;Situate in the Counry of Ki�g,State of Washington
WHEREAS the City of Renton has constructed utility facilities that provide benefit to the property owner's property; and
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 8611 was established by Ordinance Na(4025)recorded under King County
Recordi�g Number No(8612D31455).
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 9205 was established by Ordinance No(4482)recorded under King County
Recording Number(94120204�4);and
WHEREA5 Special Assessment District 0045 was established by Ordinance No(5553)recorded under King County
Recording Number(20101022001186);and
WHEREAS the Owner has agreed to pay,in annual payments,the amount of the Special Assessments for utility connection
in the original amount of 10 707.54; and
WHEREAS the agreement provides far a lien against the property,a penalty and interest for late payments,and attorney
fees and costs for collection; and
WHEREAS the agreement provides that upon sale or re-finance of the property the then remaining balance is due and
payable;
NOW THEREFORE the Owner and the City of Renton hereby provide notice of their mutual agreement. For current
