easement for public sidewalk purposes with necessary appurtenances over, under,through,across and upon
the following described real estate,situated in the County of King,State of Washington:
THAT PORTION OF THE PLAT OF THE TOWN OF RENT'ON,ACCORDING TO THE
PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 1 OF PLATS, PAGE 135, IN KING COUNTY,
WASHINGTON MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIDED AS FOLLOWS;
THE EAST 4 FEET OF LOTS 16 THROUGH 20,BLOCK 13, OF SAID PLAT;
TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 4 FEET OF LOT 20, BLOCK 13, OF SAID PLAT.
For the purpose of constructing,reconstructing,installing,repairing,replacing,and maintaining a public
sidewalk.
This easement shall run with the land described herein,and shall be binding upon the parties,their heirs,
successors in interest and assings.Grantors covenant that they are the lawful owners of the above
properties and that they have a good and lawful right to execute this agreement.
