The following briefly describes the application and the necessary Public Approvals. PROJECT NUMBER/NAME: LUA-00-003,TP/WINDSO G PHASE I SALES TRAILER • • PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Proposal for a Temporary Permit(TP)to install a sales trailer for the Windsong subdivision. The trailer would be located on Lot 41 of Division I,at the west entry to the subdivision,at the intersection of NE 4th Place and Hoquiam Avenue NE. The sales trailer would be 56 feet long by 12 feet wide and 12 feet tall. The applicant does not intend to hook-up sanitary facilities,however,would provide a portable.facility at the end of the trailer. The trailer would be used by sales agents while a model home is-constructed. The applicant estimates the trailer would be needed for approximately a six-month period.
