The • following changes will be necessary in order for the City to approve your proposal: 1. See the attachment for errors to both legal descriptions noted on the latest submittal. 2. Note all easements, agreements and restrictions of record on the drawing. Utility easements previously noted on the January 19, 2000 drawing are not noted on the current submittal. Why have they been removed? Note if pertinent easements are private or city-held and also include the respective recording numbers. 3. All owners of record (including spouses) need to sign the lot line adjustment document. It would appear that three signatures are needed for this lot line adjustment, but only two signature lines are provided. . 4. Apparently, Wendall Woodall was one of the land owners for a previous lot line adjustment, as recorded under King County Rec. No. 19990826900005, that only the Reikers signed (LUA-99-020-LLA) as evidenced by his quit claim deed (King County Rec. No. 19991005002386). -If this is the case, he should have been one of the signatories on the face of that lot line adjustment, not just the Reikers. Therefore, we are requesting a title report for the properties at issue in this lot line adjustment. Once the above changes have been made, please submit two copies of the revised lot line adjustment to me at the sixth floor counter of City Hall. The revised plans will be routed for final review and you will be notified when it is appropriate to submit the final mylar. Note all easements, agreements and restrictions of record on the drawing. Utility easements previously noted on the January 19,2000 drarI ing are not noted on the current submittal. Why have they been removed? Note if pertinent easements are private or city-held and also include the respective recording numbers. All owners of record(including spouses)need to sign the lot line adjustment document. It would appear that three signatures are needed for this lot line adjustment,but only two signature lines are provided. Apparently, Wendall Woodall was one of the land owners for a previous lot line adjustment, as recorded under King County Rec.No. 199908i 26900005,that only the Reikers signed(LUA-99-020- LLA)as evidenced by his quit claim deed(King County Rec.No. 199910050023 86). If this is the case,he should have been one of the signatories on the face of that lot line adjustment,not just the Reikers.
