We have been informed by Tim Lawless, Code Compliance Inspector, that the City has cancelled
the $250.00 fine included with the Finding of Violation 3 issued on June 13, 2017 and has
marked the case "closed & in compliance". Since the City has cancelled your violation, we will
not be setting an appeal hearing on this.
